The city of Knoxville is still seeking closure four years after a tragic shooting in the Western Heights area precipitated a prolonged homicide investigation. Knoxville Police Department members were called to the Western Heights Apartments early in the morning. Responding to reports of an unresponsive person, they discovered Katelyn Slivenski, lifeless, outside an apartment building.
